I've been living at this apartments for 6mths and yes, it is bad as they say they are. These are 65 yr old apartments that should have been torn down and rebulit. I moved in when the they were changing managment for the 3rd time since I was staying here with my boyfriend. They told us that things will get better and the gate that has been openned(broken) since my boyfirend lived here back in 05 will be fixed. Well it hasn't. Cars do get broken in alot here and so does the apartments. The security watch person is really hard to find or know who they are because they come and go just like the management. Forget about hot water it has been going off and on about 7 times since I lived here ad so many times when my boyfriend lived here. The wiring of the apartments are poor; the lights flicker alot and sometimes the power goes out for hours at a time. It is very hard to get out the lease here due to the high fee they charge you to break the lease. There are lot of people roaming about a night. I witness a group of females fighting in the main driveway of the complex. This place is ran very unprofessional when you have some office personels tell you that you need to install a security system in you apartment and get a bat or a weapon to protect yourself if you are living alone on the apartment. That is really bad!!! I hope that the management and apartment shoppers do read these reviews so good people don't fall in the trap as others have. I'm so sorry for the family that recently got broken into. I hope you and your children are safe and getting back on your feet.
