I have lived here for 2 years and it has by far been the worst experience. I moved here to make it convenient for work, however to come home to a place that is a complete mess everyday has made it too challenging to stay. In 2 years, management has changed 5 times, (that I know of) I have been without water, hot water over 35 times. The repairs I have requested have not been completed since I moved in. The other vacant apartments around mine are all filthy, and doors left unlocked and open. I have had to deal with stolen checks, unauthorized entries, poor service, bad management, a filthy pool and no wash room for 3 months. Now the new management is creating an issue with my move out because the prior management did not keep a record of my intent to move out at the end of my lease. Makes it hard to keep up when management has changed 3 times since I gave the notice. I would advise a inspector to check out the property and find out that it will not pass at all.
