Oh My Goodness!

I lived there for 13 months. I was pregnant for half of the time I was there. For about 8 out 13 months I didn't have hot water or they would turn off the water without telling you so that when it came back on it was ICE cold. Once I had my baby they were still turning off the water and told me to take a shower in the model across the complex. I couldn't make my baby bottles or anything. And needless to say I had the WORST problem with cockroahces and ants. They were spraying my apartment about 1x a week. I had cockroaches crawling in my hair, waking me up, I had ants constantly on my bedroom windowsill. They took 2-3 months to follow up on work requests. There was only one serviceman there that was about 80 years old. And although he was nice I practically did all the work. The pool was nasty and the washer and dryers never had hot water, let alone never being cleaned out. I believe that place should be condemned. It was the WORST place I have ever lived!

Are you sure you are talking about the Villas at Ventana? We have 3 maintenance staff not one, two pools which are cleaned daily, and 24 hour turn over on all work orders. And we do not have washer and dryer connections. I am sorry that whatever community you are talking about was this poor but I think you posted your comment on the wrong page. Thanks

Um...yeah I'm talking about the correct complex. I didn't say that I had w/d connections- I said the washers and dryers were never cleaned out-meaning the laundry facilitys. And I'm sure you guys have had some hires since I lived there. Did you notice that I lived there back in 2005-2006? And yeah there were two pools and at that time there was no one cleaning them daily. So sorry if you got the wrong impression but I know damn well where I stayed for over a year. And compared to everyone elses responses here, I can guarentee that I have the right page.

Villas_ventana_apts, Anonymous speaks the truth. You have a terrible apt complex that had all the same problems for years. Stop trying to call people cover things up, hire someone with busines brains and start listening to that person. You got completely wrong attitude about problem solving. Stop pretending, face the fact that you're one of the worst apartment complexes in the area and start fixing the problem. Listen to people instead of calling them liars.

the villas at ventanas are the worst complex in this area. i believe the part about the water being turned off and not having hot water. i lived there 2 years ago and was told it would be fixed soon...."all due to construction"...Sad that it is still happening. It should be torn down!!!

I am currently looking for a place to live in SA, TX. I see that villa_ventana_apts wrote that they don't have washer dryer connections yet I found a floor plan with ammenities that showed a 3br with full size w/d connections. You may have pest control maintenance but I prefer not see any cockroaches.
