After reading the previous reviews of this complex, all I have to say is, from what I have been through, it's all true. On top of all those things, the complex staff also uses tenant property for their own use, not only with out asking or notifying the tenant, but when asked to return it, it takes days and when it's returned, its all messed up or has to be replaced. This has occurred multiple times to where we have to keep those items either in the back yard, or inside. It's just completely ridiculous that the people you pay for a safe, comfortable place to live are just unwilling to provide what is due or even what is reasonable.

Dawn, I would be more concerned that you have horrible ratings and I would be looking into what could be done as a whole to make the apartment complex a better place to live. Doesn't it concern you that the bad reviews that you all have received far outweigh the good ones (if there are any)? It seems to be problems with everything about this place. I cannot understand how it is still operating for business.

You guys aren't very bright. No one comes on this web site to talk about good things they only come here to vent about the bad. Of course everything on here is bad because that is what this web site if for. You have the same people writing reviews over and over. This is also an apartment community that is almost 50 years old. Of course you are going to have leaks and ac breaks. The management may take a while to get to the work orders but they are taking work orders over the phone as a curtousy. The san antonio TAA lease contract states that if you have a work order then you need to send it in writing my certified mail. When you do that and don't get a response then you have every reason to ----- about it. Until you do what you are required to by law don't except the landlord to go above and beyond for you. Theft can happen anywhere people! ANYWHERE it happens in homes, it happens in businesses what makes you think that just because you do not own the home means that the owner is responsible for your things. Once again...the lease contract states that you NEEDS renters insurance to cover your personal possession. Do any of you read your lease?!!?!?! its your own fault that you dont read the legal and binding document that the management is putting in front of you! They have no power to screw you over if you actually read what is there in black and white! Of course management is going to hound you and be a ---- WHEN YOU DON'T PAY YOUR RENT! Half of these reviews are from people who most likely dont pay their. They can't send flowers to your apartments with a quant note requesting rent that is over 2 months late. It takes 10 positive things to wipe away 1 negative thing, and 10% of someone who LOVES their home will never refer it when 80% of people who have a problem will ----- about it. And if you actually take responsibility in your life then you don't leave moving to the last minute. Smarten up people! What you don't hear about is that management remembers everyone names and waves as they come home from work. The flowers they send with a resident looses a loved one. The thousands of dollar they donated to the local elementary school in school supplies. The resident events they throw for free so that everyone can get to know their neighbors. Open your eyes...
