I would not recommened anyone to live here. I have been here for 6 months and it is a nightmare. The staff here are not truthful and are very slow to complete work orders. When I signed my lease the apartment was supposed to have new carpet, new appliances, and the walls were supposed to be painted. None of this was done and I can't wait to move out of here as soon as my lease runs out. Also there are constant water leaks in this complex and the water for the whole complex has to be shut off on a regular basis, the electricity bill has to be watched very closly because for one month my bill was over 200.00 dollars during the summer for a 2 bedroom apartment. The pool is always dirty and never clean, also if you do not have a washer/dryer connection in your apartment you can use the washer and dryers here on site. The laundry rooms are very dirty and are hardly clean. Most of the washers are filthy. The only reason I moved into these apartments was because I was in a crunch and had to find a place rather quickly. My advice to anyone looking at these places is to STAY AWAY!! and save your money and find a better place to live.

I know exactly what you are talking about . Management here are slow in doing everything except taking their lunch breaks. They'll put in work orders for things that need to be done right away but they never get to you until you keep calling. During the summer 2008 we went without cool air and now we still have no air. They gave me the sorry excuse saying " It's hot outside and that's why your getting hot air inside." I am glad now that its cold and my lease will be over next month. My kids are scared to go to the bathroom and to do things because of the roaches. thats right king size roaches that are roommates. fake pest control sprays water it seems like to kill them, but all they do is make them mad and come out more. pest control is probrably laughing when they leave.Runaway and never fall for fake discounts and offers. Renters beware.
