I would have to agree with the "Hopeless" review of this apartment complex. The problems I noticed arose starting at Day 1. Let me outline some of them:
1. Maintenance requests are repeatedly put off for weeks, if not ignored all togehter. You may as well do things on your own.
2. Access gate to limit entry does nothing of the sort. When it actually is working (and that's about 40% of the time), the keypad shocks you as you go to enter numbers.
3. The application process may seem to be somewhat selective of residents,but there have been repeated fights occurring right outside my apartment, as well as loitering, public smoking of marijuana, and trash is everywhere. There are even coke cans hidden in the bushes. Children roam freely at all hours of the day and night.
4. Laundry facilities are a joke. You're looking at over $2.50 for every load of laundry. You're better off going elsewhere.
5. Repairs are being done on the playground and gym facilities, bringing not only additional noise, but rendering them useless as well.
6. Pool patrons are not monitored or controlled at all, and the noise from them is not limited what-so-ever. Inside my apartment I constantly hear music being blasted from the pool area, as well as the high pitched screams of little kids late into the night.

If you desire to look at empty 40's and cigarette butts as you walk to your apartment, while smelling the familiar stench of pot, and trying to seek refuge in a noisy, yet cozily your own apartment, this may be the place for you. If not, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
