This complex has recently been taken over by a new management company that is trying to correct the many wrongs that the previous management company, Lynd Properties, created. A few changes have occurred, but the place is still a mess.

I have heard that Lynd was allowing their friends and family to live in various apartments (and not just at this property either!) without a lease and without paying rent. Once the new company took over they obviously all took off, but not before trashing many of the units. Hence, the complex is somewhat empty right now.

There have also been problems with some of the younger kids on the property. Many thousands of dollars of damage have been done to drainage systems, windows, etc. No one should complain when other things cannot be done.

It was really upsetting to learn Lynd, who claims to be so professional, was being such jerks and then when you asked for a repair or something, you were treated like a second class citizen.

I have lived here a couple of years and do not know how long Lynd managed this property. By the sounds of the last reviewer, the complex was once nice and I am guessing when Lynd took over, that was the end of that!

I hope the complex can be renovated back to its original condition.

The owner of the complex (Americans for Opportunity Housing)is essentially a Section 8 property owner. I doubt if the complex will ever be renovated back to its original condition because of the mess the Lynd Company left the complex in and, of course, because of the type of renters this place attracts.
