Too bad

I just read a review at this site of another property (that was also at one time managed by Lynd Properties as this one was until recently). They mentioned that the property was being overtaken by low-lifes moving in. I must say the same thing is happening here. First, I keep trying to find out (SAAA and others) when did this property get catagorized as "low income". I pay over $600 for my place and it is getting annoying when the gates are fixed and less than four hours later they are broken again because another resident is too lazy to drive around like everyone else. There has also ceased to be very little grass--only weeds and dirt. There is also graffiti on most every building which only adds to the peeling paint and water stains. Half the lights throught the property do not work. The light over our parking space has not worked in almost three years of living here and our neighbors downstairs have run into our car, not once, but twice. They never said sorry or anything, by the way. Perhaps if everyone was paying full price for their apartments they would take care of the place a little better. A dumpster was removed from the other side of the complex and people are too stupid to know NOT to put trash there anymore. There has to be at least a dozen or more bags of trash, along with a shopping cart filled to the brim! Not only is the management incompetent, I think most of the residents are too! They want to leave the "lesser" parts of town to get their kids in NEISD and then want to still live like we are in the poorest part of Mexico (or whatever country)! I really dispise this and wish my lease would end already. I hate it here.
