Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
The apartments are horrible. Not only are ceilings caving in but they are also flooding and mold infested. The management staff does not take the time to complete their end of the bargin. They are rude and do not care about the upkeep of the apartments.
On top of that, I have also been made aware that the entire property has old wiring that has been banned and is a fire hazard.
The new management company, Agape, made many promises to get things done but to this date nothing has been done, Thwy are following in the footsteps of the Lynd Co. These apartments used to be beautiful.
Since the new management takeover in June, there have been 3 managers and 3 asst. managers. You never know who works there.
