As of 6/14/06 the complex is now owned by Vision Property Services. The good news is that, after doing research with the Bexar County office, the complex is no longer "Section 8". The complex is valued at 5.4 million and IS taxable now. This doesn't mean that Section 8 people no longer live here but in the future they may dwindle out of the complex. On their web site (Vision Property Services) they say that if they don't get to your maintenance problem within 48 hours they deduct part of your next month's rent.

Sometime after this posting of mine the property management company again changed. This time it's the United Apartment Group Inc. Once again the maintenance at this complex has gone down hill. The maintenance staff is NO WHERE to be seen and residents are now having problems go week after week without resolve. DON'T COME HERE!!!!

I have posted about this property in the past, as well. No longer live there. I notice you mention the property is no longer "section 8". Any idea when it "went" section 8? We moved in May 2002 and while Lynd Properties said they had different income requirements than other places, I don't recall anything about "section 8" at that time. Once Agape took over, however, there was a lot of talk along this line. I would have expected the people already living there would have been notified of such a change. I was paying full rent the entire time I lived there and didn't appreciate "just anyone" being allowed to move in a pay next to nothing. I would have preferred the option to "leave" as a lot of low lifes moved in then and that is when the graffiti, pool damage, etc started. Just curious because I never got a straight answer from anyone on this.
