Don't move here. They're more concerned with making residents miserable and violating Texas Property Code than anything. They go through residents' apartments when they're not there, they find stuff to pin on residents in an effort to make themselves feel better about their pathetic existences. The maintenance Jesse bullies people and the current manager Rachel needs professional help.

This resident is probablt the one that was evicted because she was cought with 3 pets and only 1 deposit. Talk about twisted, I believe that charges were pressed because she was making threats to the entire staff.

Another management company? This will be third in less than two years. As if changing the office staff every month or two was not bad enough! I am sorry things are not improving. It was not too bad when we moved in May 2002. It deteriorated in that amount of time.

HEY I LIVED THERE IN 2004. WHEN I LEFT...NO SATISFIED WITH THOSE BASTERED WE HAD GONE THOUGHT 4 MANAGEMENT TEAMS ( ALL OF THEM WITH A CHIP ON THEIR SHOULDER) AND THE APARTMENT WERE BEING SOLD! ---- THEM!! ---- THE VILLAS OF CASTLE CRAP HILLS!!
