I moved in fall of 06. This place is being renovated with new people, new management and new inside/outside look. I really like the location and pool. The maintenance come out very fast and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. The covered parking is nice too.

When I moved out in Nov. the place had just recently been sold (2nd sell in less than 1 year). For your sake I hope the new owners stay on top of the complex. The real test is after about a year. New owners and management usually start out with great incentive but after awhile, if they are faced with an impossible situation, the service starts to decline.

I used to live hewre and the staff was very poor. I got broken into twice and they never once came to fix the whole the burlary took place from. They never ever did their job. Please be careful. Look into mysanantonio.com and check the crimebase on this apartment complex. Alot of things that are bad happened here especiallty burglary.

ARE YOU SURE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE SAME COMPLEX? WHEN I LOVED THERE THE POOL WAS ALWAY OUT OF ORDER OR THE WATER GREEN. YEAH, THE PROPERTY COULD BE NICE IF THOSE MONEY HUNGRY BASTAREDS INVESTED IN IT. ALL THEY DO IS MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU NEED THEM AND TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. BECAREFUL AND DON'T LET YOU GUARD DOWN. CHANCES ARE YOU WILL COME OUT DISATISFIED OR OWING A CRAP LOAD OF MONEY TO THOSE BASTEREDS

The pool was nice the first year we were there; after about the third manager in that time, she was so wrapped up in herself that apparently she let a bunch of residents live there rent free. They had kids who threw rocks in the drainage ports for the pool and it has never been the same since! Apparently, it costs about $900 each time they try to get it fixed and then the kids do it again in just a few days. Don't know what the latest management company is like, but I know the one that took over in 2004 always lost my paperwork and I had to make copies several times on lease renewals and other items. Very incompetent, though I agree...they started off very enthused and quickly they were in same boat as previous company, Lynd, that is about the most wothless management company along with Aimco, as I hear it.
