Man, the Villas Of Castle Hills was one of those gems...the you would be so proud to call home. What happen' Walk the property now and it feels like walking throught the projects. I walked the property last week and noticed that there were more vacanies than occupants. Pitty, it was a nice property. What's with property owener wanting to keep collecting rent and neglecting the property'

It was mostly vacant when we lived there three years ago, too. The only time there was "some" occupancy is when Lynd Properties supposedly were letting friends live in the units "rent free". Once management changed over, it was like a ghost town. I felt bad when we left, because out of six apartments in our building, there was only one family left the day we had movers there packing our stuff.
