I was trying to move into these apts. They had a really appealing move in special, the apt wasn't too bad or pricy either. I asked from the beginning how big a deal credit was, because i knew i had a couple of things on my credit. According to Amy, it wasn't a big deal. I also asked if my financial aid could be included as my income, considering that I am a full time student, and don't worke a full time job. She assured me that wouldn't be a problem. So, after feeling good about the place, and thinking I could trust her, I paid the 199 move in. Then it turns out that my financial aid couldn't be used, and since I didnt make three time the amoutn, i couldn't be approved unless I had a cosigner. So I got my mom to cosign, and had to pay a 50 dollar cosigner fee. Then they went around and told me I couldn't be approved because of MY credit, when they should have been looking at my moms, who has almost perfect credit. So basically.. if you want to throw your money away, and get the run around.. Move here!!!!!!
