The office staff is money hungry. Maintenance does not respond when you need them, unless you continually visit them. Amy always laughs in your face and smile, dont trust her she is completely fake.

Actually, I leased my apartment from amy. She was very sweet and had an answer for every question. I think it is rather immature for someone to be mad at her when it's not her fault you did't or couldn't pay your rent. Besides that I really like it here. My neighbors had one big party one night but that was months ago. Other than that this place is peaceful.

So My fiance & I moved here a couple of months ago & we noticed this pipe from our a.c unit leaking in our shower leaving mold all over the walls. On our patio there was also this enormously large tree hanging OVER our patio causing spiders,roaches,bees, etc. entering our porch not to mention our place! We have a 7mounth old little boy who crawls and manages to pick up and eat everything he sees. So as a mother, i am defenetly concerned of his well being. We went to the office and spoke with Amy about our maintenance issues. She was really nice enough to make us a priority and she wrote it down. She told us that the maintenance people came every Wendsdays or whatever.So we kept her word, i mean who would'nt SHE'S THE MANAGER OR VILLAS AT OAK CREST APARTMENTS RIGHT? Well the problems weren't taking care of until the third time we asked. So rent day came around and she wanted her rent money. We were really disappointed in the fact that she told us that she would take care of our maintenance problems and yet did'nt and then had the adacity to BANG on our door & ask for the money! After we told her we would pay our amount due if she considered our issues she promptly took care of our problems, because she knew if she didnt not only would we not pay rent but we would have the opportunity to terminate our lease Legally and take our money with us! They are all about the money so that they may be able to keep their old ------ apartments up in progress. But when it rains, our building wood walls and the wood floors get soggy and warp. In conclusion, i would like to state my opinion about Amy. I have stayed in 3 different apartments and she is by far the most unprofessionally money hungry manager i have EVER had to deal with! That is hillarious! You see... I used to be in the aparment industry util I finished school. I now live here at the Villas and somewhat know the rules of a lease. First of all a tree is not life threatning. LOL! If that is the case the park is like putting your kid in traffic! What I do know about a lease is that you can not withhold rent for any reason. You could not have gotton out of your lease and took your money! That would have caused you to have broken the lease. Which is very costly and Does go on your credit. Amy has always been very courteous to me. I did have a leak with my toilet but it was fixed that day. And they had carpet people out to clean a very small patch of carpet just because it got a little damp. I thought that was silly but the office staff and maintenance wanted to make certain everything was done right. Aparently your one of those tenants who like to ----- just to hear themselves -----. If you don't know the legal terms or parts of a lease you shouldn't be opening your stupid mouth anyway. I had a resident like you once and I can almost guarantee your full of ----! Your probably just pissed because you were late and you got hit with fees. Relax people. Blame yourself for your immaturity and irresponsability not everyone else. Your parents must be so proud of you! LOL hahaha The point of this response is to let everyone know that I have never felt neglected here. Everyone from the office to the maintenance guys have been awesome. They are all quite funny too.
