I lived here for six months with my sister. We were both UTSA students so we thought the price was reasonable for a 1 bedroom(we obviously shared it) Anywhoo, our neighbors were really quiet and I don't recall any roach problems and we did live on the bottom floor which is below ground level, but we did have a cat so i don't know. Well In our bathroom we have a window in the shower that had a frosted window. All of a sudden I heard my sister scream. She said there was a man peeping at her take a shower from the window. We immediately called 911 and maintainance since it was like 10 at night. There solution was boarding up the outside of the window. Ever since that day I never took a shower at night by myself. I guess all I can say is I hope they have a better security system and never rent a bottom apartment from there
