I have lived at The Villas of Oak Creste for a year and a half now. Generally I am happy with the complex and the apartment. In my opinion, the price is good for the square footage and the area. I am moving because I need a three bedroom and they don't have any in this complex. If they did, I wouldn't leave. I am moving to a complex that is managed by the same management company. The only real complaint I have is that the A/C was ALWAYS broken. Maintenance always came out and tried to fix it when I called and it would work for a couple days and then break again. I just think they buy cheap units. Also, living in the medical center, there are many college students in the area and my building happened to be party central nearly every night. People can be extremely rude and LOUD in the parking lot at night. Other than that I've never had any problems. Never had a problem finding a place to park, never had a problem feeling safe, and never had any problems with the management staff. I even had to pay over a week late once due to being laid off and they were very understanding. Of course I had to pay the late fees, but they were not rude to me or anything. Beware though, if you live on the side that backs up to the golf course, every kind of vermin known to man lives in that wooded area. I used to keep my cat food on the balcony until I discovered raccoons eating my cat food one night. But they never really caused a problem. I enjoyed my time at the Villas of Oak Creste.
