Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
My roof caved in 2 months after moving in and it took 2 months for them to fix it and then it wasnt fixed correctly.
When I moved out of Villas of Windcrest they failed to return my deposit. I sent a demand letter as required by Chapter 92 of the Texas Property Code and they were required to pay triple my deposit plus $100 for bad faith. I did receive the payment but only after a lot of run-around and the threat of suing. If you have to go thru this, I suggest sending your demand to the property management president and a copy to the person in charge at their El Paso office.
I would NOT recommend this property.
