It is sad that laws that govern community properties like Villas of Windcrest do not look out for the welfare of the resident. This complex lacks the professionalism in management in turn provides poor and shoddy repairs and overall maintenance of the complex as a whole. The complex is infested with rats, molds in the buildings and roofs that are weak providing a dangerous environment to anyone living here. I will never recommend this place for living, and will tell anyone I can, of what a dangerous and unfitting place it is.
