Lived there 1 year, only because that was the length of the lease. Luckily when ac broke they fixed within 3 days, however mold throughout the apt, complained about it, was never fixed. Leaking within the walls caused a hole in kitchen, complained again never repaired. Management changed 3 times in the year I was there and not once did the owners find a competent manager. Most apt. at least maintenace or leasing agent would live on property...they knew the problems and were not that stupid. wish i would've found this site before.
