I have been here for 8 months and from experience they are not very well kept the grounds are very dirty, They have vacant apartments that are very close to mine with broken windows and people go in and out of them every day.All the vacant apatments doors are wide open.There are very young kids walking around smoking, spray painting peoples cars and apartments.There are always problems with my apartment.For an example my ac went out and I have two young children and a newborn, It was so hot in my apartment, that I had to go stay in a motel until they fixed it, which took them 7 days. The water is constantly going off without any notice at all.Speaking from experience DON'T EVER RENT HERE......

I used to live in these apartments with my son. I can't believe that this crap is still going on there. I remember the wood on my balcony was so rotten and the whole balcony was shifting like it was going to colapse that no one could go out on it. Somebody should go down to the City Hall in Windcrest and talk to a building inspector or code enforcement. I know from experience that even calling the property owners doesn't do any good.
