Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The overall facilities are generally clean and the grounds are well maintianed. However, the management staff is extremely inexperienced and unprofessional. Prepare to lose your deposit when you're gauged by trumped up damage fees when you move out! Management is in serious need of some customer service training on basic communication skills, etc...
