Management Woes
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 9/13/2004
Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I was referred to Vineyard Springs by a friend, and signed my lease without doing further research. Now that I am committed, I wish I had looked around. On my move-in, the management had lost the keys to my apartment and had the nerve to ask me to leave my credit card so they could give me the office set, just so I could move in. Then I opened my apartment and the bedroom window was shattered. The management is very good at one thing, pointing fingers elsewhere. The problem was resolved, three days later and with a trash bag covering the missing glass. I only hope it gets better, it certainly can not get much worse.
