I lived at Vineyard Springs for almost 2 years before buying a house. After moving out, I received a bill in the mail for over $250 for carpet replacement and incomplete remotes. I had steam cleaned the carpets before I left and turned in both remotes, which were still fully functioning. The carpets had not been replaced before I moved in (I was the third tenant). I spoke with the assistant manager of the complex to dispute the charges, and she threatened to call the police on my school teacher mother after refusing to show us any evidence substantiating the charges. I spoke to the owners of the complex and received absolutely no help. I have never been treated with such a lack of respect in my life, and I would never recommend this apartment complex to a friend or even an enemy. There were also two instances where the apartment staff lost UPS packages delivered to me.
