I have lived at Vineyard Springs for 3 years and find these recent reviews to be disturbing. Vineyard Springs has always felt like a safe place to live. Yes there have been break-ins but that is something that you could encounter at any community. The staff at Vineyard Springs including Jennifer have been very pro-active. They have deleted codes to the gates, sent out letters to residents to notify us, held a crime prevention meeting, and increased patrolling. If this resident would have attending the crime prevention meeting they would have heard the officer say that Vineyard Springs is not anymore unsafe than any other apartment community in the area. This side of town has experienced increased activity due to the ecomonic value of the area. It just happens! Vineyard Springs has been the best apartment community that I have ever lived in and I have lived in quite a few. Keep up the good work guys!!

I think this person must work in the office! I hate living here and would never recommend it. I happened to attend the "crime prevention" meeting and nothing has been done that they said would get done. It was really just a put on!

Deleted codes? What good does that do when the gates are always broken?
