My wife and I have lived here for about 3yrs. The apartments themselves aren't that bad. There are alot of violations on the property that the manager does nothing about. Noise, pets, and safety are the biggest issue. The property is really unsafe and I won't leave my wife there alone. There are dogs without leashes constantly and the noise is so bad sometimes, we have to sleep with the tv on. Complaints that are made to the manager and not followed through. I just don't think she is competent enough to manage a property. There are several reviews that say that these apartments are great but I know for a fact that the management writes them to boost their ratings. This apartment complex is perfect for young partying college students who don't really care but if your looking for a home or a place for a family, this is not it. It isn't worth the trouble.
