I absolutely hate living here now that new people have taken over in the office. We have only had a few minor problems that required the office's attention and it has taken us forever to get their help. They smile and say, "We'll take care of it," but nothing gets done until you've gone into their office 3 or 4 times. Also, when you have a problem they'll tell you, "oh, you need to talk to so and so, and she's not here." To top it off, we now have a bug problem in our apartment. I'm an extremely clean person and I have a big problem with finding bugs everywhere. We've had the pest guy come in twice, we've set off foggers of our own, and we have tried pouring bleach down our drains. Nothing has worked and now we have these little worm things coming out of the vents. I can't wait to move. Its so bad that we are willing to pay more money to live somewhere that isn't as new just so that we don't have to deal with bugs and the staff.
