We have lived here for 4 months and love it! The apartment is very nice and works very well for my family and I. We never have had any issues with the office staff or maintenance. From the first day we walked in, we were greeted with very friendly faces and nothing has changed from the time we signed our lease to now. This is a very nice choice for apartment living.

P.S. I am not apart of the office staff. I truly am a resident of this community. It's a shame that people who are happy here and post good review are automatically accused of being from the office.

wait till you get robbed, flooded out, have to interact with the office staff, or need anything outside of your lease. If you have had to do any of that and have survived, more power to you. About the good posts being from the office staff: I am one of many residents who told the office about this website and once done that have seen posts from the office staff immediately on the site. That is very sad and should be a clear sign that Vineyard Springs sux.
