My husband and I have not gotten hardly any sleep because of the consistent noise after 10:00 and we reported a roof leak a month ago which destroyed a personal expensive carpet, we still have the leak and it is getting worse! My husband's truck tailgate was ripped off from the right gate and the management would not take accountability for the damage.... We are moving but not before we speak with several residents and sign a petition with them for the bad management and damage because we know they have suffered as well.

You must have the wrong property, sweetheart!!! Everything at Vineyard Springs works just fine, the maintenance team is very good at what they do and are very polite along with the office staff. I've lived here for 2 years and I have never had any type of theft or vandalism happen to me. Sounds like someone is very unhappy in general!

Well, I'll live in here for about a year and can't wait to get out next month. I know about the breakin to someone landrover and apt unit. yes, it happen. But, the mgt provide police patrol for lil while. our apt have problems with scorpion, complained and mgt just regular spray by pest control, I end up went to loews and bought ORTHO and spray it myself..seems working about some months, I enjoyed the pool but they should clean it more often. The gym is getting worst, one treadmill already broken for over 2 months, the other one is going down too, business center is much better now coz the old computers just needed to trash. Some colleges students live in the properties. Gates..gosh...i dont know why ppl like to attack the gate..sometimes working sometimes not. bunch of bugs in movie theatre. staffs are ok, maintance guy response in reasonable time, pick up trash service is ok. My upstair neighbour have 4 lil kids, they jump and down,i don't think the parent can control the kids. i complained to them directly and to property but..no improvement, don't rent 1st floor unit right infront of the greens/lil forrest...bugs problem.GOOD LUCK! CHECK others before u rent here.

I think Apartment0410 is the one who probably broke into the guys Landrover....who, besides a thug spells using the words lil, coz, and has really bad grammer. I think the apartments kicked this guy out and he is bitter.

Before you start correcting people about their spelling, make sure you don???t make yourself look like a complete ass by writing a message with more than three grammar errors.
