I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience here at Vineyard Springs.

For your information... The reason for staff changes are due to new sister properties that have been built and employee transfers, not because employees quit.

We do have cameras that tape who enter and leaves the property, along with several others cameras throughout property.

The only reason why the gates are ever broken is due to neglect from the some of the resident and/or their guests and these gates are always fixed in a timely manner!

The fitness center is cleaned by a cleaning company several times throughout the month, along with all the other facilities.

We also have an onsite courtesy officer who does monitor the property.

You should try to get your facts straight before typing an invalid comment on this site!!!

Why are employees posting new comments to skew the actual rating from current and former residents? This only proves that management is deceitful and completely clueless about everything.

I agree this is to warn people of the bad management and the shoddy, unsafe apartment community where they spend a great deal of money to be lied to and deceived. Why would we call so you can blow more smoke up our ass.
