The complex is paint and putty. It looks good from the outside, but it is poorly constructed on the inside. Maintenance sucked. I had a pipe break under my sink, called the office, and was told that it wasn??t an emergency, we would have to wait. Called back the next day, they didn??t know what I was talking about. Said they would have someone over shortly to fix it. Waited three hours, called back, no work order was created, but she would get one typed up and get someone over quick. It took three days before someone even came to look at it. Every maintenance issue was handled that way. I had door knobs fall off, shower heads break, cabnet doors that wouldnt close, etc. They take your money and smile, but when you need then to help you, they get to it when they feel like it. I got out as fast as I could, and recommend you do the same.

for maintainance to fix a problem, there has to be a work order. if a work order has not been made, then nothing can be done. the maintainance at vineyard springs is the best you will get any where. if an order is given to mike, he will be on it within 24 hours if not sooner. try showing some appriciation and stop being such a complainer.

Jodi, anybody who knows the maintenance guy by his first name either a) works there or b) has had a hell of lot of maintenance problems of which I wouldnt boast about

That's a bunch of BS Jodi.I had the same problem with work orders they never got them out in a timely manner and always acted like "What work order?"They are too busy in the office worrying about themselves......
