I would like to start out by, for the negative reviews given below....these people are obviously crazy, bitter, or just wierd! This place has the best maintenance staff, you call in a work order and they are there if not that very day, the next afternoon. As far as the office staff goes, you could not have a more friendly, prompt, helpfull, and beautiful staff! They are gorgeous apts inside and out, and the pools, ect. are the best around!!! The area is awesome, I lease apts. and I can honestly say I would not live anywhere else!!

I agree. I've been here for three months now, and I love it. The gates are broken, but it's not a big deal. ...and the bugs, there are a lot of bugs, but pest control does come by on a weekly basis.

This was a good attempt by the office staff to bring up there ratings...but the best facilities around! GIVE ME A BREAK! take a look at THE RANCH AT SHAVANO OR CELO VISTA BOTH SUPERB PLACES! (both seconds away from vineyard)VINEYARD SPRINGS CAN NEVER COMPARE>>>THEY SUCK!
