We recently moved here from Phoenix and I have to say that we have been very happy with this community. I have seen reviews on this site for almost every community in this area and the complaints are all the same. It's loud, no parking, office is rude, etc. At some point you all have to realize that these are apartments that you are living in. They are not houses nor were they EVER designed to be as quiet as houses. Even living in a house gives you no guarantee of peace and quiet. I lived in a house in Phoenix and then moved to an apartment while it was being remodeled to sell and I made the mistake of living on the first floor. It was a huge mistake and when we moved here I specifically requested and waited for a top floor apartment to open up. I hear occasional noise from neighbors, but nothing excessive, again, why I wanted a top floor apt. I have also never had an issue with anyone in the office, they have been just fine each time I have gone in. I am not sure what everyone expects, apartments were designed with the intent to house numerous people with as little space. On another note, I haven't had any issues with parking or maintenance. We like it here and intend to stay another lease term until our house is ready.
