Well lets see...do you like your floorplans overpriced and occassionally awkward in layout' Do you like a pool that is consistently unavailable for use and/or filled with leaves and insects' How about an undermaintained workout facility that features deteriorating equipment' Are you looking for a staff that smiles in your face while they stab you in the back' A shady maintainence crew that may or may not have been in your place while you were gone, who leers at you as you drive by' Building construction that seems purposefully designed to reverberate sound from apartment to apartment' How about dog crap' Are you a fan of that' Because its EVERYWHERE!!

Vineyard Springs isn't the worst place to live. Its not the ghetto. Its more like a pretty, overpriced, ghetto. You won't get shot at Vineyard Springs, but after a few months, you'll wish you would..

wow! someone forgot their meds today. if you wanna see the ghetto...its nowhere close to 1604 and huebner. i always feel so sorry for pathetic people that have nothing better to do than make other peoples lives miserable.

honestly vineyard springs is a really really pretty property...i honestly think you need to count your blessings instead of focusing on the negative. no community will EVER be perfect, and if you honestly think so then you will always be disappointed...there will always be issues that will arise...perhaps if you were patient and compared living at vineyard springs to living on the west side you would see you have it great. stop complaining about petty things.

this is ridiculous. You really want to complain about it being over priced? Obviously you haven't been to other apartments in the area and checked those prices and if you want to say the pool has leaves in it and and there is dog mess all over the place why don't you pay more money to get a house so you can keep the whole thing up yourself.It's an apartment and it not everything can be kept perfect the whole time. I live here and have been very happy with it and the office staff is very nice.
