I lived here for 13 months and here is mt experience....Mold Everywhere, ROACHES everywhere,The gate NEVER worked, after 1 week of moving in i was told by an off duty security officer 4 apts had been broken into in the past day. Business center computers were stolen, the management gave my $300 referral credit to a random renter who i never knew!!! printers never worked, no theater and we would get the run around everytime we would call into the office. The turn over of the office staff made it impossible to keep up with maintenance requests, or complaints or billing. Wrong billings got sent to your apt # every month! CPS is over charging so check your meter our average for a 2 bed 2 bath was $125 and up when it should of been $45 a month like it is where i live now!! Trash never picked up, car accidents in the parking lot all the time, mail seems to be an issue for alot of people I have spoke with and packages left at the front office just seem to dissappear. and to top it off i was charged $900.00 for mold when i moved out!!
