No Roaches

I have lived in Vineyard Springs for almost 2yrs and in that time I have lived in two diffrent apts and have never seen a roach nor have I ever heard of any apts being broken into. the maintenance staff is no different from any other staff within a large complex. good days and bad. the office staff are very courteous and I have had many packages delivered to me with no problem. the person who wrote these things must be someone who propably lacked paying rent or something.
