To anyone and everyone considering moving here, DO NOT move here!! (please read further) Regardless of the few good reviews, I'm telling you, as a 1 year tenant I had the WORST experience EVER. Upon moving in, I was excited despite the bad reviews left here. The property was nice, management seemed very attentive and assuring. One month after living on the property the toilet in the guest bathroom started to overflow. The toilet was MAYBE used 1-3 times in that short period of time. Management said they would get someone out immediately to have it fixed. After 2 weeks later (i'm not even exaggerating) and 9 phone calls later, maintenance finally came out to fix it. Not even 1 week later, the toilet was broken AGAIN which continually happened throughout my year lease. The maintenance never came out to fix it after management repeatedly said maintenance would be out. We ended up calling a plumber to come out and fix it.

SECONDLY, the property is NOT safe. The light posts did not work any of the days I lived there and Mgmt said they would fix it but never did. It was ALWAYS dark at night, you could barley see walking out to your car. Our neighbors car was broken into and belongings were stolen, AND I was stalked one night by an old man who tried to chase me down as I was arrivng home from work late only a few feet from my apartment. We called the police who came out to make sure I was ok. The next day when I went to the leasing office, they told me there wasn't much they could do about it, that the gates were closed so it must have been someone that lived in the complex. Mind you, THE GATES NEVER WORKED!!! In another instance, there is a man who sits in his car (toyota corolla) hours throughout the night, just sitting there. We would watch him from our balcony. SCARY!

Finally, moving out was the best thing that happened to me UNTIL my final bill came in the mail! They charged me $1500 for damages!!! There were absolutely NO damages. I steam cleaned my carpet, painted the walls where it needed touch-up and cleaned the floors with a tooth brush (LITERALLY)! The place smelt like pine-sol when you walked in. When I called management, they said there was nothing they could do about it that the charges are given by the "cleaning company". When I asked for their information, Management would not provide the name nor any other information. This place is a terrible, unsafe, property w/terrible management and maintenance. I've never left a bad review anywhere that I've lived. I had to comment here for the safety of others. Do NOT waste your time even looking at these apartments.
