When my wife and I moved to the Vintage in 2002 it was a wonderful place occupied by mature intelligent career professionals (often doctors and staff working in the medical centre). Since then the management at the Vintage have encouraged college students to move in at the expense of the previous clientele. Fights and arguments are common in the parking garage at all hours of the weekend, beer cans nd bottles litter the grounds, noise is dreadful during the week and especilly at weekends and the Vintage staff do NOTHING to resolve the issue despite repeated complaints. We are one of four apartment occupants to leave this month and if you require an apartment where you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I have been living at The Vintage for a few years now, and I agree with almost everything written in this review. This is a great place to live until you have any kind of problem. But don't even bother complaining. The staff is either incapable or not allowed to make any decisions so nothing ever gets taken care of. My thought is that they are all too young to care that much, and are probably going to the parties that are the cause of all the noise and garbage that is always suddenly everywhere you look. I suggested they put garbage cans in the parking garages since a lot of people just leave their beer and soda cans sitting in a parking spot. I thought a garbage right there might encourage them to throw their garbage away. But they didn't like that suggestion because there's no plan in place to get those garbage cans emptied. ??

I also see evidence of a lower class of people moving in. They definitely leave their garbage anywhere and everywhere, which wasn't the case when I first arrived here. Lately, even unwanted furniture is now being left behind when someone moves. What a low class mentality THAT is.

Another amusing sidenote: NO DOGS was repeatedly said to us as we signed our lease. But everytime we turn around, there are more and more dogs running around AND poohing anywhere and everywhere.

The staff is much more interested in their social life than in their jobs. They are too young to be running a place like this. There should be at least one older person on sight.

Oh and while we're at it. Good luck finding someone actually in the office to take your phone call or if you stop in on your first try. They all go to lunch at the same time and always leave early for the day.

I disagree with the above reviews. The Vintage is a beautifully manicured complex. Although the occasional bottle of beer can be found in the garage, this is an exception to the well-kept grounds. The complex is home to law students, medical/dental students, older couples and a few young families. Occasionally there are gatherings at the pool, to celebrate various academic milestones for the students in their respective professional schools. This is far better than living in complexes full of UNDER-graduate students--who are disrespectful, childish and uneducated. Management is young, but very nice and approachable. I find them far more responsive and caring than management at other complexes. In summary, I have been a resident at the Vintage for over two years now, and I give it 2 thumbs up!!!
