Management staff slander residents- security guard told me they have disrespectful nicknames for many residents. They sit around, laugh, gossip and make fun of residents when at work. After 2 years mgt. group went up 80.00/mo on our rent at renewal. Sent a large bill for bogus charges a month after moveout that was unmentioned at final walk-thru....ie water spots on sink! Now mgr. not returning phone calls- excuses....too busy and totally forgot! Nice property/bad mgt. Not worth the cost and frustration!
