Do not allow yourself to be lured into living at The Vintage by how pretty the place is.

All the prettyness is not worth the price of living there.

We've been living at The Vintage for 3 years.

We liked it a lot at first even though we had some minor issues the old management.

They were too young to really care about anything except their hair and boyfriends and would give you a blank stare when any real problems needed to be addressed.

But at least they nice for the most part.

We heard from the old Maintenance Supervisor all the names management had for the residents, something we didn't take kindly to.

The new group that is now running the office is a nightmare.

They are compleely anti-resident and have a habit of finding ways to charge residents $50 fines here and there for errors THEY make.

We got hit with one of those and have heard many of our neighbors have had similar problems.

In addition, we'll be leaving at the end of our lease and we're already angry from all the stories we've heard about what we'll face when we leave.

We put down a good security deposit that in all rights we should get back but from what we're hearing from everyone, we'll be lucky if we don't end up having to pay them! Another reviewer used the term 'phantom charges', and that is a perfect phrase to coin for the thievery that is in practice.

I go home at night to get some peace, not be harrassed by the very people managing where I live.

And the disappearance of the laundry room is comical.

It's in the brochures and literature as an amenity.

Now they act like we have some nerve to question what happened to it.

STAY AWAY.

This is NOT the Vintage it used to be.
