It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non-payment of rent or other lease violatons, those who have never actually lived on the property or are posted by competitors.
Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by persons who refuse to disclose their identy.
We recommend visiting the property to come to your own unbiased conclusions about our community and its management.

My husband and I lived at the Vintage for 4 years. He went to UTHSCSA and I went to St. Mary's Law. We were certainly NOT evicted and always paid rent on time. We think the negative posting are accurate.

I've lived here for 2 years and attends UTHSCSA and has always been on time with rent and always accomodating to the staff whenever they call for random questions. And I agree with most of the postings that are listed here.
