I've lived here for 2 years and the management and the environment has gone downhill rapidly. First and foremost, there are always random cars parked in the parking garage, occupying spots meant for residents and multiple times after a weekend, there will be empty beer cans sitting out. Not only that, there will be trash strewn in the parking garage and the walkway along the apt complex. Secondly, the maintenance crew here is terrible. Last year, my AC stopped working in the middle of the summer and I called to let them know to come by to fix it (it was Saturday am) and he came by at 3pm and told me that it will not be fixed till Monday. And I asked him if by any chance he make an exception seeing that it's in the middle of the summer and opening the windows made it worst and his response was it's a weekend and I already have plans. Last but not least, the noise here is ridiculous. I have a neighbor upstairs who will be slamming their doors or be moving furnitures all the time for no apparent reasons. In addition to that, they have kids who will run around upstairs from early in the morning till really late at night. Not just that, they will have their tv on really loud. I complained several times and the best part was, the security guard came to my apt knocking on the door and asking if we are being loud when we have specifically notified them about the apt upstairs.

This place is definitely not worth the price and stress. If you plan on getting some sleep or studying, don't live here. In addition to that, for the price you are paying, you should expect better management than the ones that they have. Not to mention, the "laundry" room that never works. The sprinklers that are always running which runs up the water bill for everyone.
