Not worth it!

I would not recommend this apartment complex. Sure it may look nice and that s what captured my attention but when it comes to management they are not worth the price. First of all it s next to a club so you have that noise to deal with and the generators and a/c units of the building next door including the lighting problem at night. At first security were great but now they having change companies and they seems lazy. As much as I pay I would expect to feel safe coming home but it seems like security would more likely be doing the stealing. Parking isn t a problem unless you get a reserved spot. Assuming you are paying for a reserved spot you would think that was your parking but in reality someone else can still park there and management or security will do nothing about it. In addition it s supposed to be close gate community! Well it doesn t seem that way when the gates to the side of the complex is broken and anyone can just walk in, including the loading dock in the back which is always open. Someone can just easily pull a moving truck and steal someone s belongings and no one would even notice. Maintenance staff is great they are so kind and prompt but the inside office is constantly changing. I am a current resident but I will NOT be resigning my lease! There are always new office people and no one ever knows what s going on. Not even those in charge.
There have been approximately 4 managers within a year. Save your money it s not worth renting here.
