Nice Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The apartments are pretty spacious with all new appliances. The only problem I had is w/ a couple of staff members w/ an attitude problem. But, because we haven't had any problems, we haven't had to deal w/ them. Maintance is good about coming to fix or replace things. The biggest problem I've seen is parking. The only way to get parking after 7PM is to have a covered parking space. It gets so packed people actually park in the fire lanes. There is also a tendancy for random people to park in other peoples reserved parking spaces. Just recently one of my neighbors found someone parked in her parking space and there were absolutely no spaces available. She called security to take care of the situation and they told her they'd call her back and they never did! Anyway, besides that we haven't had any problems here, but prices are going up so I'm not sure we'll be renewing our lease.
