poor maintenance, loud construction site next door From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Next door is some type of quarry or processing site that can be fairly loud at times. Train tracks are also next door. My biggest complaint though is the shoddy workmanship and maintenance. I've lived here less than a year and already had 2 maintenance issues with the apt. The first one was fixed after several attempts. The second one was looked at but never fixed. I have never heard back as to why it was not fixed either.
