i have been here six moths and have been pleased From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   i have read some of these reviews and totaly diasagre with what most have to say...i'll tell you about my expierence as of now.PROS-> everytime we have had a problem with the apt. the maintance people have come within a few hours and fix the problem immediatly. On one occasion wo couldnt fit our washer in the designated area so the maintance people came and took out the the base boards to make it fit and even offered to help carry the washer up for us. the pool is very nice and i have never had problems with staff they are always upbeat and friendly in my expierience..also the quarry nor the train tracks has never been that big of a deal. The location is also great being close to UTSA for college students, close to an H-E-B, movie theater gas stations and fast food areas. CONS-> the parking is terrible at night and sometimes it's imposible to park if you decide to come back late a night...you are almost forced in buying covered parking...also attendants now must pay for water and sewage which i have never heard of for apartments...it's not as cheap as they make it out to be...and the last thing is the gates...they are always broke..i cant remeber the last time the completely worked.
