Looks great with nice amenities but parking, management, and maintenance are an absolute joke. Every night after work there is no parking. There were times that i had to park at the movie theater 1/2 mile away and have my wife come pick me up. We had a garage for her car for $65 a month, great fo her but a good size truck like mine won't fit at all. My truck with a small lift wouldn't even fit in the covered parking, by the way it costs $35 a month. I got 2 eviction notices after paying my bill over a week earlier. Oh and did I mention the gravel plant with trains making tons of noise all day and night. But sometimes it was drowned out by the partying college kids that you could here though every paper thin wall. There are much better apartments for less money... ANYWHERE BUT HERE
