i signed my lease for Victor, i think the other reviews have the wrong apartment complex. The rate is ridiculously low, the neighborhood is filled with joggers, there are many professional workers that live in the complex. The location is superb. I dare anyone to find an apartment for the price in the vicinity of this location. Parking is annoying but all apt complexes deal with the same issue. I paid for covered parking for a low fee and don't have to worry about it. I have to admit that i was apprehensive moving in here with such bad reviews...but i'm here to write one of the few good reviews and the only one for 2008. This place is amazing, the people who wrote this:
Truck parking issue guy: you have a LIFT on your truck, of course you'll have problems parking your transport
Just drive by guy: yes... last time i checked apartment complexes were there to take your money ...if you find one that gives you money for living there please reply..
aneurysm guy: checks don't just come back.. they come back if you have insufficient funds in the account, and it sucks that you were plagued by such a horrible health problem but the review sounds like you need a counselors or a lawyer if they are asking you to move due to your illness, not a staff member at a apartment complex.
i only deal with victor, he makes sure that my requests are handled promptly. For all potential movers, don't be scared off like i was , give this place a shot or at least visit it on weekends you'll see for yourself the absurdities of these reviews

sarcastic uneducated managment staff. It is no question that you are the management staf at vance jackson. I am the one that had the aneurysm. If you are so low to to write the ugly remarks about my illness then you will stab your own low life mother and father, and siblings in the back. God does not like ugly, and I am more than sure that you thieves will get yours. I do not care if it is 1 yr or 6 yrs from now, but Karma is a son of a b....... You all are scoundrels and as low as snakes. Furthermore, say what you please.

i am not a member of the staff actually so you can stop with your personal and paranoid vendetta against these people. i'm not even sure the staff knows about this site. i don't believe in invisible men, however was raised catholic and do recall that the basis of religion is not to hate or harm people regardless of there opinions. Perhaps you should stop wishing harm and deranged violence on people and siblings and further assess your karma tic situation as a result...FURTHERMORE, relax before you suffer from another one of your aneurysms... i'm not here to make enemies, just trying to post a positive review in a negative world. Be well and healthy, and stop wishing harm on people who don't agree with you before YOUR god "punishes" YOU for being so ugly..

Back to the actual apartment. Anonymous: do any of the units come with a washer/dryer inside or only hook-ups? Would you say this is a noisy complex? Heard of an unusual amount of auto break-ins? I really appreciate any feedback. thanks in advance.

My experience living there was good...until I moved out then the nightmare started...just keep good records....because the management changed 3 times and thier records were not transferred and I am the one that suffered because they won't give my deposits back...and its only a record keeping issue...not because it was a mess or damaged....trust me...and it will keep you sane when you move out!

i've been living here since august, and i haven't really had very many problems. the only problem i had was that i had gotten a carport, and it didn't come out on my statement of charges so they later sent me a letter saying that i needed to pay an extra 20 dollars or something so when icalled they said that sometimes it doesn't come out in the statement for some reason. so i thought that was really weird. i've never heard of any break ins or anything. but the management really isn't that great to be honest. they're kinda slow and don't really seem very interested in your needs. but the place itself is great! the only thing is that theres a rock quarry right behind the apartments so it suucks if you live in the back part of the apts (like i do) cause you'll randomly hear a train coming at 3 in the morning=/
