response to 12/27/06 you seem to be disgruntled is it personal' From: jimmy1962@hotmail.com Date posted: 12/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 5 responses are you personally angry towards the employees at this place' reasoning' i didn't think the maintenance staff was supposed to pick up after irresponsible/lazy pet owners-I have a pet and there are containers all over the grounds. I get reminder notices on my door and in that monthly flyer reminding to pick up after my dog.I have had to contact the office because someone hasn't cleaned up and they are receptive and do not seem put out by my calling. have you contacted the office with your complaint' I always see the grounds people walking around picking up. The office and the maintenance men have always been good to us. lets talk about class 1. employees cleaning up the trash area over the holidays and emptying the trash.this is the main reason why i came to this site today because i was surprised to see it stay clean. I wanted to commend the employees! What a pleasant surprise. 2. the grounds always being picked up. my neighbor used to throw her cigarettes on the ground and on my patio.once i notified the office it stopped. they cleaned it quickly after my call. 3. i can call about speeders because when i walk my dog at night sometimes people drive too fast. they seem to be willing to help. 4. the police officer is always walking the grounds. He is very helpful and is with the police department which makes me feel safe and secure. 5. when i need something fixed i can call the office and i get a call back to make sure it is fixed right. if not,i let the office know and the maintenance men will fix it right. I find it difficult to believe that you have given the office a fair chance. hey, its an apartment and if you don't like it move and you don't have to live around people that don't follow the rules.i do see an asserted effort by this office staff to provide service; so to be fair, you have got to give them a chance to fix it. it seems you may be disgruntled. have you given the office a chance' Then how can you complain about anything' you seem insolent and arrogant yourself. give the visitors to this site some truth. Have you given maintenance a chance to fix things' doubt it. and if you have then shame on them. I enjoy living here i have experienced other office management and maintenance and by far they are most responsive.As long as they keep taking care of me I will stay living here.

You might want to learn to take a spelling and grammar course before you make a bigger fool of yourself that you already are on a public message board. By the way the word is spelled DISGRUNTLED, hope that helps, and what did the apartments give you for writing such nonesense? You truly sound like a kiss ass kinda guy.

Darlenee you sound like trash yourself. what are you talking about correcting the spelling? what an embarrassment to women. I would have to agree with jimmy, uneducated and ignorant, Cathy and now add Darlenee. Pervert? Where did that come from? You lack the mindset to raise a daughter, you may want to think about allowing her to be around you. Trash breeding. Ignorance loves company.

Wow! I don't know why Cathy started with all the mud slinging but it really has no substance here. Jimmy1962 gave very fair, accurate, and justifiable reasons while you and this Darlenee person just seem to throw random tantrums when faced with the truth.
