A very new complex. I've lived here approx 1 year.
A fairly nice place, just overpriced. Mixed staff, some super, some really difficult to deal with.Young, attractive and inexperienced in dealing with people. We love you if you pay rent, be quiet and only have minor maintenance problems. Otherwise you may find the apartment management difficult. They can really be unreasonable jerks.
Catherine just left. I don't know why. For the amount of rent you pay this is no bargain. The apartments look nice but were pretty much thrown up by the builder. Workmanship is poor. They were still putting them up when I moved in.
Dog poop is a problem that management does not do anything about. They have had plenty of opportunities to correct this but haven't. It shouldn't be that way in apartments costing this much. The doggie minefields of Walker Ranch!
A place for yuppie wannabes paying too much for something that is OK but nothing more. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

what do you think management should do about this so called "poop problem" that seems to exist? All I know is when I moved in I signed a policy that stated I was responsible for cleaning up the feces and I abide by what I signed. I receive reminders and notices to clean up and asking for help in finding the people who aren't (monthly if not twice a month I get a reminder or am asked for help) I watched the grounds staff emptying the pet station this past monday (they do this weekly). You mr anonymous person must have a hidden agenda as I see ALL EFFORTS being made by the staff to get the problem fixed. By the way, i live near 2 pet stations and not once in the past year have I ever stepped in feces when walking my dog. I wouldn't doubt it if you were someone that contributed to what you call the "doggie minefields of Walker Ranch" and are just some crazy; what does the attractiveness of the staff have to do with anything? i see some type of rejection going on here; agree? you have to feel for the employees with wierdos like this.

Your reviews are just as rambling as your thought processes. Congratulations on avoiding the doggie minefields. Now if you can only avoid the conspiracy theories and hidden agendas with your personal attacks. If you didn't know it. it is worthwhile to employ individuals who may attract business to your enterprise. It's called capitalism. By the way whoever told you you were funnyguy is lying. Go find more honest friends! Our are you the only one who thinks your funny and therefore you gave the name to yourself? Come back when you can present something besides namecalling!

The name calling is something I do not agree with and it only diverts attention from the problem being presented. I personally do not agree with the anonymous person. I walk around the grounds quite often. While I do come across poop from some owner who failed to pick up after his/her pet, it's not as extreme as presented here. As for the "poor workmanship" I haven't a clue what you're speaking of. Examples of this poor workmanship would have been helpful because my place is fantastic. As I've mentioned in previous comments, if you really want to know what rude management, bad ground conditions and poor workmanship are, try living at Salado Crossing down the block.
